شروط الاستخدام

تنظّم هذه الشروط استخدام منصة «فرزلي» المقدَّمة من مؤسسة سليمان سلطان بن سليمان السلطان. ويعني استخدامك للمنصة موافقتك عليها.

1. الخدمة

فرزلي منصة برمجية للمكاتب العقارية، تتضمن مساعداً آلياً على واتساب يستقبل طلبات العملاء، ولوحة لإدارة الطلبات والعقارات والصفقات والمواعيد والفريق.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

4. البيانات

بيانات عملاء المكتب ملك للمكتب، ونعالجها نيابةً عنه لتقديم الخدمة وفق سياسة الخصوصية. ويستطيع المكتب تصدير بياناته في أي وقت.

5. الاشتراك

تُقدَّم الخدمة وفق الباقة المتفق عليها مع المكتب. وقد تفرض Meta رسوماً على بعض فئات رسائل واتساب حسب تسعيرها المعلن.

6. توفر الخدمة

نعمل على أن تكون المنصة متاحة ومستقرة، لكن قد تتوقف مؤقتاً للصيانة أو بسبب أعطال لدى مزوّدي الخدمة، ومنهم Meta.

7. حدود المسؤولية

تُقدَّم الخدمة بحالتها، ولا نتحمل الأضرار غير المباشرة الناتجة عن استخدامها، في حدود ما تسمح به الأنظمة.

8. الإيقاف والإنهاء

يحق لنا إيقاف الحساب عند مخالفة هذه الشروط. ويستطيع المكتب إنهاء استخدامه في أي وقت، وتصدير بياناته قبل ذلك.

9. النظام المطبق

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة المعمول بها في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 20, 2026

These terms govern use of Farzly, provided by SULAIMAN SULTAN S ALSULTAN Establishment. By using Farzly you agree to them.

1. Service

Farzly is software for real-estate offices: a WhatsApp assistant that receives customer inquiries, and a dashboard to manage leads, properties, deals, appointments and staff.

2. Accounts

Offices are responsible for their account details, keeping credentials safe, and activity under their staff accounts. Office admins set staff roles and can disable any account.

3. Acceptable use

Comply with WhatsApp Business and Meta policies; do not send spam; do not use Farzly for activity that violates the laws of Saudi Arabia, including real-estate brokerage regulations; do not attempt to access another office's data or disrupt the service.

4. Data

An office's customer data belongs to the office. We process it on the office's behalf to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Offices can export their data at any time.

5. Subscription

The service is provided under the plan agreed with the office. Meta may charge for some WhatsApp message categories under its published pricing.

6. Availability

We aim for a stable service, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or by outages at our providers, including Meta.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from its use.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. An office may stop using Farzly at any time and export its data first.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
